2. Products & Designs

Our website features ready-to-wear, made-to-order, and custom creations.

Made-to-order pieces are existing Rochet Creations designs that are created specifically for you once your order is placed. Custom orders involve developing a unique piece based on your individual ideas, preferences, and requirements.

As our creations are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, sizing, or finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the character of handmade work and are not considered defects.
 

3. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, measurements, pricing, and availability displayed on our website are accurate. However, minor differences between product images and the finished piece may occur due to photography, screen settings, materials, and the handmade nature of our work.

We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, availability, and designs when necessary.
 

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payment requirements vary depending on the type of order. Custom orders require the applicable deposit to secure the order, while collection and made-to-order pieces require payment in full before production begins.

For custom orders, production will not begin until the required deposit, measurements, and order details have been received and confirmed.

All outstanding balances must be settled before an order is released for pickup, delivery, or shipping.
 

5. Custom Orders

Custom orders are created in collaboration with the client. Once the design, specifications, measurements, and pricing have been confirmed, changes may be subject to our Changes to Your Order Policy.

Rochet Creations reserves the right to decline a custom request if it cannot reasonably be accommodated based on materials, design requirements, timeline, or other circumstances.
 

6. Measurements & Fit

For local custom orders, we recommend having measurements taken with us. Overseas clients may provide their own measurements using our measurement guidelines.

When customers provide their own measurements, they are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate. Rochet Creations cannot be held responsible for fitting issues resulting from inaccurate or incorrectly provided measurements.

Additional charges may apply for alterations required due to customer-provided measurements.
 

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to our applicable Order Changes and Order Cancellation Policies.

Customers are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible if they need to make changes to or cancel an order.
 

8. Processing, Pickup & Delivery

Processing times vary depending on the type and complexity of the order. Our standard processing time is generally 1–2 weeks, although longer processing times may apply during peak periods.

Once an order is ready, customers will be notified and arrangements will be made for pickup, local delivery, or international shipping.

Orders are subject to our Delayed Pick-Up Policy if they are not collected within the applicable timeframe.
 

9. Shipping

International shipping is available via DHL, with UPS available where applicable. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes vary according to destination, package size, and carrier.

Once an order has been handed over to the selected shipping carrier, delivery times and delays may be outside of Rochet Creations' control.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their destination country.
 

10. Warranty

Eligible creations are covered by our 30-Day Warranty. The warranty applies to qualifying issues related to workmanship or the condition of the item and is subject to the terms outlined in our Warranty Policy.

Normal wear and tear, improper care, accidental damage, or alterations made by someone other than Rochet Creations may not be covered.
 

11. Intellectual Property

All original designs, photographs, graphics, written content, logos, branding, patterns, and other creative materials displayed on this website belong to Rochet Creations unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use Rochet Creations' original designs or content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a Rochet Creations piece does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property.
 

12. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. You may not use the website in a way that could damage, disrupt, or interfere with its operation or security.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where necessary.
