Rochet Creations offers both ready-to-wear and made-to-order pieces.Most of our signature designs are made-to-order—meaning the design is already part of our collection, but we create your piece once you place an order.We also offer custom orders for clients looking for something uniquely designed around their vision.From time to time, we release mini-collections and select ready-to-wear pieces that are available immediately.

Simply submit a custom request form, and we’ll contact and, guide you through the process: consultation → order confirmation, deposit & measurements → creation → pickup, delivery or shipping.

Our standard processing time is 1–2 weeks, allowing us the time to carefully create each piece to our quality standards.During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. We’ll communicate any anticipated delays and do our best to keep your order on schedule.

The price of handmade crochet custom pieces can vary based on several factors, including the complexity of the design, materials used, and time required for production. Due to these variables and potential changes in production costs, we primarily provide quotes for unique orders. This ensures that you receive an accurate estimate tailored to your specific request.

Absolutely. We’ll review and confirm all order details with you before you make your deposit. However, please note that your order is only confirmed and production can begin once the required deposit has been received.

Orders are available for pickup or delivery only once the full balance has been paid. Any outstanding balance must be settled in advance of collection or delivery.

Absolutely! We provide regular updates on the status of your order and will notify you of any changes to the estimated completion time. Your satisfaction and timely receipt of your order are our top priorities.
